Beginner Old Time Mandolin with Andrew Kobus All Day Breakfast Stringband – Canada

Students will be examining the roll of the mandolin in the old time music genre. Students will be introduced to accompanying techniques, new positions on the fretboard and learn a couple old time fiddle tunes.
Andrew Kobus is a guitarist, mandolin player and educator based in Toronto, Ontario. As a product of the Humber College Contemporary Music program, Andrew has had the opportunity to learn and work with many of the brightest lights in the Canadian music scene.

Andrew has performed with several different groups and has toured and recorded across Ontario, Quebec, The United States and Cuba.
